We offer you a 36 month warranty from the reception of your order, covering any manufacturing defect that could have escaped our control.


SUNGLASSES PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE


Regarding any manufacturing defect within the 36 months following your reception date, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge.


With respect to any damage, misuse or accident that might occur, we place our Technical Service at your disposal, which will repair your glasses within a period of 48 hours, on acceptance of the price quote.


To proceed with a repair, please fill in the Contact form and our Customer Service will take care of everything.


Please remember that only the articles purchased on our website can be repaired at our head offices.If you have purchased your glasses in a store, you should contact them for the necessary repair.


I BOUGHT MY GLASSES ONLINE, HOW CAN I PROCEED WITH A REPAIR?


 Identify the warranty period your glasses are included in:


  1. Regarding any manufacturing defect detected in the 30 days following your reception date, we will collect the product, free of charge and we will replace it with a new one.


  1. If your glasses have a manufacturing defect that appears between the 2nd and 36th month since you received them, you must send an email to hello@gigistudios.com detailing the problem and attaching a photo of the defect. Once it has been verified the defect you must send your glasses to our head offices and our After Sales Service will repair them, free of charge.

  1. If your glasses have suffered from an accident, misuse after the 36 month warranty has expired, you must send an email to hello@gigistudios.com detailing the problem and attaching a photo of the defect. We will reply with a repair number. The article that you send us must have this repair number in order to be processed. 

Send the article to our head offices and pack your product well to prevent it from becoming damaged during transport. Write the Repair Number on the outside of the package and insert a copy of the repair form inside the package.

Articles received without this number may suffer from delays in their processing or be returned to sender.

Once we receive the article, our After Sales Service will send you a quote that has to be accepted by you.
