SHIPPING

 

1.1 Lead times, shipment tracking and shipping costs 

 

For the purposes of these General Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred or that the products have been “delivered” at the moment in which the Client or a third party indicated by the Client acquires material possession of them. 

All our packages are carefully prepared to prevent damage during transportation.

It is important that you verify the conditions of the package before accepting delivery. You have the right to reject a package if it does not arrive in good condition.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We manage and ship our orders during our working hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

The order will be sent within 24 hours after receiving payment within our business hours. The delivery time may vary depending on the country you have chosen for delivery:

 

- Shipments within the European Union: 2-4 business days.

- Shipments to other countries: 6-8 business days depending on customs clearance.

 

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

 

If for any reason GIGI STUDIOS, S.L cannot meet the expected delivery date, the Client will be informed of this and the option will be given to either proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a refund of the amount paid. 

1.2 Shipping costs

 

In countries where free shipping is offered, you will always find an option within the shipping methods that is free of charge.

1.3 Taxes and duties

 

All orders shipped to European Union countries are sent in accordance with the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which means that all taxes are included in the final price.

Deliveries to other countries:

The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax—VAT). Tariffs and processing costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of returns, tariffs and processing costs will not be refunded.

 

RETURN OF PURCHASE

 

To return or exchange one or more purchase items, you can go to the "My Account" section, click on "RETURNS & EXCHANGES", and follow the instructions.

If you do not have a registered account, access this link https://returns.itsrever.com/gigistudios and enter your order number (it appears in the purchase order confirmation) and the email with which you made your purchase.

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Enter your order number and your email address (if you login directly from your account this step is not necessary).
  1. Select the products you wish to return.
  1. Select the option to return a product—"I prefer a refund", indicating the reasons for the exchange (optional). 

 

Select from the following refund options:

 

- Gift card: once we receive the return in our warehouse and check the package, we will send you an email with your gift card. This refund will not have a return cost in any country.

- Original payment method: once we receive the return in our warehouse and check the package, you will receive the money in the same way you paid for your order. This may take up to 7 days from receipt of the items. The return costs are as follows:

  1. Check the address where you want us to pick up the package or where you would like the exchange product to be sent.
  1. Confirm the pick-up address (or delivery address in case of exchange).
  1. Choose whether you would prefer to have the package delivered to a pick-up point or if you want it to be delivered to the same address as the one in the order.
  1. You will receive an email from Rever (the company that manages returns on behalf of GIGI Studios) with the confirmation of the exchange/return request and with the return label and instructions. Print the label you received in your email, place the product to be returned/exchanged inside the box and close it again. Remove the old label and attach the new return label to the outside of the box.
