ETHICS CHANNEL

At GIGI STUDIOS, we work every day to create a safe, ethical, inclusive, and trustworthy environment for both employees and customers. We present our Ethics Channel, a confidential channel through which potential breaches or irregularities within the organization can be reported, as outlined in Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

With the aim of preserving the integrity and ethical standards of our organization, we provide a space to report any misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or any other situation that may be considered contrary to the company’s policies and values.

The Company guarantees confidentiality and protection against retaliation for those who use this channel, ensuring an impartial investigation and the adoption of appropriate measures to resolve any reported situation.

Although optional, we recommend providing contact details and any relevant information to facilitate proper follow-up of the case.
