SHIPPING

1.1 Delivery time, tracking and shipping costs

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the Products shall be deemed to have been “delivered” at the moment when the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer takes physical possession of them.

All our packages are carefully prepared to prevent damage during transit.

It is important that you check the condition of the package before accepting the delivery. You have the right to refuse it if it does not arrive in good condition.

Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

We process and ship our orders during our business hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment during our business hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the country you have selected for delivery:

• Shipments within the European Union: 2–4 business days.
• Shipments to other countries: 6–8 business days, depending on customs formalities.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your package.

If for any reason OFFVIEW, S.L. is unable to meet the estimated delivery date, the Customer will be informed of this circumstance and will be offered the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a refund of the price paid.

1.2 Shipping costs

In countries where free shipping is advertised, you will always find a free option among the shipping methods.

Below are the shipping costs by country:

We do not offer service to the following countries: Antarctica, Argentina, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Myanmar, Brazil, Burundi, Korea, Cuba, State of Palestine, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Bouvet Island, Norfolk Island, Isle of Man, Christmas Island, Cayman Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Falkland Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Åland Islands, Libya, Lebanon, Mali, Niger, Russia, Syria, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Helena, Sudan, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, São Tomé and Príncipe, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Western Sahara, Venezuela, Tajikistan, French Southern Territories, Tokelau, Ukraine, Djibouti, Guernsey, British Indian Ocean Territory, Yemen.

1.3 Taxes and customs duties

All orders shipped to countries within the European Union are sent under the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires that all taxes be included in the final price.

Deliveries to other countries:
The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax – VAT). Customs duties and handling fees will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of a return, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

RETURNS

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please send an email from the address used to make your purchase, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return, and choose one of the following refund options:

• Gift Card: Once we receive the return at our warehouse and inspect the package, we will send you an email with your gift card.
• Original payment method: Once we receive the return at our warehouse and inspect the package, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take up to 7 days from receipt of the items. Return costs are as follows:
