SUNGLASSES PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE Regarding any manufacturing defect detected in the 30 days following your reception date, we will collect the product, free of charge and we will replace it with a new one. Regarding any manufacturing defect within the 35 months following your reception date, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge. With respect to any damage, misuse or accident that might occur, we place our Technical Service at your disposal, which will repair your glasses within a period of 48 hours, on acceptance of the price quote. EYEGLASSES OR SUNGLASSES PURCHASES THROUGH A STORE If you’ve had an accident or have some issue with your eyeglasses, you should contact your store so they can place the necessary order and handle your repair.
