We are looking for a Junior Customer Service for the Back-Office Department to offer service to German and Austrian markets, communicate with customers, manage the daily orders, offer a telephone support and a aftersales service.

We require a professional, with experience, problem-solving, proactive and with initiative. The main goal of the brand is to position as a referent in the sector. Due to this, it is essential to offer an excellent and agile service that exceeds customer expectations

His/her responsibilities would be:

-Attending phone calls and incoming emails

-Process orders and manage de Aftersales service

-Compliance control of the company’s rules (discounts, gifts, refunding…)

-Manage the customer’s complaints

-Interlocution and follow-up with the rest of the departments to ensure a good communication with the sales and customers network

Fluent level in German is required and English is an advantatge.

Also, communications skills and organization qualities are a requisite, as well as a high capability of team working.

The designated person will need to have the ability to work under pressure in a young, dynamic and international environment.
