Warranty Policy

All the products from GIGI STUDIOS follow the strictest quality requirements in compliance with current European Standard policies.

We offer you a 36 month warranty from the reception of your order, covering any manufacturing defect that could have escaped our control.

SUNGLASSES PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE Regarding any manufacturing defect detected in the 30 days following your reception date, we will collect the product, free of charge and we will replace it with a new one. Regarding any manufacturing defect within the 35 months following your reception date, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge. With respect to any damage, misuse or accident that might occur, we place our Technical Service at your disposal, which will repair your glasses within a period of 48 hours, on acceptance of the price quote. To proceed with a repair, please fill in the Contact form and our Customer Service will take care of everything. EYEGLASSES OR SUNGLASSES PURCHASES THROUGH A STORE If you’ve had an accident or have some issue with your eyeglasses, you should contact your store so they can place the necessary order and handle your repair. ARE YOU A SELLER? If you are an eyewear seller and a client of GIGI Studios, you can access your private area to redeem a warranty through our website. In the Warranty section, we will accompany you throughout the process, informing you of every step you need to take to be sure your request reaches us.
